Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are free from wear, stains, or odors.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to your local postal carrier or drop it at an authorized shipping location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
